Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Red Hat Identity Management (IdM) Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and management of IdM solutions for our clients. This role requires advanced expertise in Red Hat's IdM tools and a strong background in integrating Identity Management systems with enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, deployment, and integration of Red Hat Identity Management (IdM) solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and deliver tailored IdM implementations.
• Oversee complex IdM environments, ensuring smooth integration with Active Directory and smartcard authentication systems.
• Provide guidance on best practices for IdM architecture and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IdM, ensuring seamless operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Red Hat Identity Management (IdM) solutions.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory integration and smartcard authentication.
• Proven track record of managing and maintaining complex IdM environments.
• Solid understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO), LDAP, and federation technologies.
• Familiarity with SELinux and other security-enhancing tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
