About this role
The Refrigeration Productivity Associate Director is responsible to drive productivity programs across the Refrigeration business with our factory and service entities in addition to partnering with our global commodity, logistics, and network optimization teams. This role will be responsible to forecast productivity improvements by month and by entity working with the metric owners. This role will work on current year initiatives in addition to building the pipeline of projects to support subsequent years.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for cadence with teams to drive progress and idea generation to meet and exceed productivity programs.
- Develop close partnership with finance team to provide productivity forecast and connection on Refrigeration productivity estimates.
- Interface with Global Commodity and Refrigeration Commodity teams for project generation and execution on behalf of the sites and services.
- Owns and develop productivity supply chain roadmap to meet our targets current and future years.
- Recommends and implements process improvements in supply chain management.
- Responsible for budget planning & control on key parameters contributing to supply chain cost.
- Reviews monthly plans and provides inputs; Monitors variances and guides resolution; Resolves escalations with cross-functional teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of supply chain, sourcing or engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain
- Previous experience in a productivity role
