Referral Coordinator

Salary Range: $17.39 - $22.05

CHCW has an opening for a full time Referral Coordinator to join our Referrals Team. You will be responsible to follow all standardized referral policies and workflows to prioritize and address referrals in a timely manner, contact insurance companies and provide necessary documentation to assure all prior approval requirements are met, and be the point of contact for patients and specialists for questions or rising concerns.

Qualified applicants will have HS Diploma/GED and 2 years of related experience and current driver's license and auto insurance is required. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Pre-employment drug screen required.
