What You'll Do: • Lead and mentor a team of refrigeration technicians. • Oversee maintenance and repairs of refrigerated storage units (20'–40' containers). • Ensure units are ready for deployment to customers nationwide. • Collaborate with leadership to shape processes and grow the U.S. operation. What We're Looking For: • Commercial refrigeration background (Thermo King, Carrier, Trane, etc.). • Strong mechanical aptitude; able to troubleshoot and solve problems. • Leadership experience or clear potential to step into management. • EPA 608 certification and familiarity with R448 refrigerant (or similar). • Startup mindset – adaptable, hands-on, and willing to wear multiple hats.
