Reg E Coordinator

The Reg E Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of the Regulation E process including managing new dispute requests, daily monitoring of existing disputes, and close out of resolved disputes. This position also assists the Deposit Operations Manager with audits and ensures work is completed in the department in their absence and will back up the wire group and the Deposit Operations department as necessary.

Essential Functions

• Review and process all Reg E dispute requests received via Centrix DTS and Sales Force systems that are originated by customers through retail, contact center and cash management staff.
• Assist with branch, contact center and cash management questions regarding Reg E
• Compromised card processing and notifications
• Quarterly regulatory reporting on card compromises
• Monthly review of inactive cards
• Work with compliance team on Reg E quarterly reviews
• Review mobile deposits for approval
• Balance general ledger and bank owned DDA’s
• Back up for Deposit Operations wire specialists
• Perform other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of operational or branch banking experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Salesforce Knowledge preferred
