Region Director - South Central

This is a remote-based role, but the ideal candidate must be located in the South Central United States

About The Position

BeatBox is looking for a South Central Region Director to manage distribution and personnel. The Northeast region director will manage direct sales reports, build distributor relationships as well as all be responsible for all sales, distribution and P&L functions. Will work directly with the marketing department on driving BeatBox messaging at retail. The ideal candidate understands the BeatBox brands, is outgoing, highly organized, flexible, self-motivated and can encourage others to excel through positive reinforcement. 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies that grow revenue, sales and gp for the Northeast Region
• Conduct on-going business and planning reviews with each distributor
• Lead team to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas and merchandising objectives
• Create and implement pricing and programming to drive sales
• Work with marketing team to drive marketing objectives
• Establish and maintain relationships with key retailers, local chains and distributors
• Publicly speak and represent BeatBox at distributor and retailer meetings, trade shows, trainings, speaking engagements, and promotional events
• Use company assigned CRM and other organizational tools
• Manage team expenses to budget by territory
• Present updates to VPS, company ownership

Experience, Training, and Education:

• Ten (10) years-experience in beverage alcohol industry required, having an advanced understanding of the 3-tier system
• Must be proficient in Google platforms, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Must be able to understand and use national syndicated data
• Major chain retailer experience is a plus
• Familiar with VIP or other distributor reporting systems
• Prior team management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Undergraduate degree is a plus
• Ability to carry up to 25lbs and operate a motor vehicle
• Cultivate a team-based culture and help where needed
• Will require a minimum of 40%-50% travel
