Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for accurate and timely billing for Non-Contract / HBS services
  • Validate / capture all PO's for PO required customers to include the amount, bill to address and contact information
  • Review for OT compliance entitlements and bill with the correct rates
  • Check for any Warranty / EOSL for each asset
  • Ensure all information is accurate and complete for legal compliance
  • Make any manual adjustments for missing rate lists
  • Research all Entitlements and verify for Contract customers within Siebel and ensure all are applied correctly
  • Partner with the Region teams to include the MSD's, ASL's, and Field Engineers to ensure debriefs are completed and all information is accurate on all Service Requests
  • Ensures all Multi-Vendor billing is accurate with billing rates (flat / % increase) and all attachments are complete
  • Completes verification for reports quarterly in APPTUS 6.0 Monitoring for all pool related accounts
  • Works on all Cryogen related outages and ensures proper billing to customers
  • Verifies all Discount and Concession approvals prior to closing out any Service Requests
  • Engages in billable calls / coffee breaks to review aged Service Requests, driving completion to close and bill to our customers

Qualifications :

  • BS or BA degree and demonstrated process management experience
  • Or an AA degree and 2 years experience in process management
  • Or 4 years process management experience. Prior experience with Calibration standards and test equipment requirements
