Realtor Rentals is currently looking for a talented individual to join our team in the role of Regional Account Executive, which is a fast-paced and exciting sales role. We are interested in people who are looking to grow with us and are highly motivated, self-driven sales professionals. This individual will be responsible for generating new client acquisitions and developing strong customer relationships in a defined geographic location .Â
The Regional Account Executive will be required to make a high volume of outbound calls and conduct face-to-face meetings to fuel new customer acquisition. The Regional Account Executive will also be responsible for communicating the value of rentals offerings to property management companies. All sales activities will be conducted via the Phone, Virtual and In Person Meetings and the use of computer systems will be necessary. This individual will also focus on ongoing customer success and retention with a growth mindset as well as sell products and/or services to customers. Responsible for maintaining relationships with accounts by meeting with customers within assigned territory, defined by geographic area, industry, or product/service segment. Respond to client inquiries and offer guidance on appropriate products and services. Execute sales strategy, pull reports and share key information. Provide insight to customers, identify and close upsell opportunities. Ability to travel (driving/flights) at least 60% in an assigned territory to visit prospective customers face to face and attend industry events.Â
What you’ll do:
Meet with Multifamily Professionals to conduct extensive needs analysis for these prospects and matching them with products that meet their needs.
Must be able to clearly articulate the value proposition to key decision makers by building in-depth knowledge of rentals solutions, with the capability to communicate how they create a competitive advantage for the companies who use them.
Consistently achieve performance goals and milestones - including calls and face to face meetings
Must follow standard operating procedures; Must document and follow up all activities in our customer management system (Salesforce)
Keep abreast of competitive market and industry trends
Provide a high level of sales and customer service
Must thrive working in a fast paced environment where performance is rewarded.

What you’ll bring:
Excellent planning and solutions selling experience.Â
Motivated and comfortable working remotely in a home office as well as in the field.
Ability to conduct in-depth sales presentations including product demonstrations that highlight key benefits, return on investment and the value of our solution and services.
Proven persuasion and negotiation skills. Â
Excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship building skills.
Strong business acumen.   Â
5+ years of relevant sales experience and proven success
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experienceÂ
Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals through new customer acquisition and client retention
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Experience using Google Suite for email, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Experience using Zoom or Google Meets for virtual meetingsÂ
Nice to haves:
Experience in the Multifamily IndustryÂ
Background in Advertising Sales, Digital Media Sales, or Digital MarketplacesÂ
