Regional Account Executive (Remote)

POSITION OVERVIEW
The FRONTSTEPS sales team is looking for a charismatic Regional Account Executive with experience selling technology and/or other SaaS-based services over the phone, in person, and via web-based presentations. The Regional Account Executive is responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business opportunities within the accounts. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual who has a proven track record of selling additional products and services to existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a history of hitting sales quotas. We are seeking this new position due to rapid growth within the industry and the FRONTSTEPS product base.

REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
This role is eligible for remote work FL, west coast, or east coast regions. If you are not located in or able to work from one of these states, we will not be able to consider you for this position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve monthly and quarterly bookings targets
- Exceed KPI's around demos and client meetings
- Review pricing with existing customers and close new opportunities within the account
- Manage, organize, and update contacts in Salesforce
- Maintains compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures
- Available for travel in the designated territory 60% of the time
- Performs other duties as requested by management
TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS or Associates Degree + 2 years of equivalent work experience
- 10 years of related SaaS sales experience
- Previous Sales into HOA's and or Property Management companies a plus
- Intermediate skills with Salesforce.com preferred
- High attention to detail
- Ability to exercise judgment and work independently
- Ability to handle shifting priorities
