Regional Account Manager - Northwest
The Role:
In this role you will oversee the sales activities of Edwards within a specific region and ensure that the sales goals and budgets are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the region
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends
- Manage key accounts and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Coordinate with other departments as required such as product management, service, finance, and operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Report to the Business Line Manager on all sales results and issues

Education level
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Relevant Previous experience
- At least 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the semiconductor or Edwards Vacuum product category
Knowledge areas/Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer needs
Other requirements
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
