As a Regional Affiliate Manager, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.

Job Overview:

This position assists affiliate hospitals with all areas of hospital and medical group operations. Works closely with the local C Suite as well as Deaconess leaders and operational resources to meet affiliate objectives.

Required: Certifications/Licenses/Education:

Knowledge and experience of Deaconess clinical and/or business operations along with technical and business skills to create analysis as needed.

• Travel is required 2-4 days a week depending on affiliate assignment and open projects.
• Must be self-directed, resourceful, able to work unsupervised and have demonstrated relationship-building skills.
• Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare or related field with Master's degree preferred.
