Job Description
We are looking for someone who loves teaching, coaching, and helping others achieve a new level of success. This candidate is very tech-savvy, has strong communication and leadership skills and naturally connects with others. The candidate is passionate, people-oriented, and operates with high urgency. The candidate will have an extreme growth potential. The candidate has at least 2-3 years of real estate sales experience.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with the senior leadership to recruit new talentÂ
- Develop a world-class monthly training calendar that promotes retention, production growth, and culture.Â
- Assist agents with questions on transactionsÂ
- Assist with retention and productivity growth of newer agents
- Help oversee the leadership staff and their departments in their duties
- Provide world-class customer service experience to our agents
- Assist Team Leader in recruiting appointments monthly
- Oversee monthly events (Career Nights, Masterminds, etc)
- Handle basic transaction questions and assist agents with contract and listing paperwork
- Meet with agents to discuss their goals and business plans
- Assist with organizing and planning Market Center events and trainings
- Manage external recruiting ads
Qualifications
- Tech Savvy - skilled with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, social media, etc
- Positive attitude and energetic demeanor
- Commitment to relationship-building, follow-up, and top-level customer service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment
- Professional appearance and dress
- Effective and efficient verbal and communication skills
- Customer service skills and interpersonal etiquette
- Willingness to learn new tasks and accept additional responsibilities as requested
