The Role:

Carrot is seeking a Regional Associate focused on supporting our operational infrastructure across EMEA. The individual will join our Global Operations team, and report to the Senior Manager, Global Operations.

Global Solutions enables our customers (i.e. multinational employers) and their employees to access a global fertility benefits program inclusive of financial coverage and support. Whether a member is pursuing IVF, IUI, embryo, sperm or egg freezing, domestic adoption in the US, or working with a gestational carrier in Canada, our team powers Carrot’s operational infrastructure to create a positive employer and employee experience, globally. As part of the Global Operations team at Carrot, you will work closely with our US-based Global Solutions team and our international colleagues, as well as cross-functionally with other teams at Carrot. 

As a Regional Associate supporting EMEA you will contribute to:

  • Ongoing operations to support a positive customer and member experience: Conduct research and resolve internal requests from member-related inquiries related to provider eligibility; gather and analyze data to help team move initiatives forward and become a subject-matter expert in fertility care for key countries.
  • Building, maintaining and managing our internal provider databases: Support multiple yearly audits adhering to our SOPs and work closely with other regional teammates to ensure alignment of structured data. 
  • Growing our regional strategy and supporting program roll-outs: Assist the team with research, regional analysis, and thought partnership as we expand our regional footprint. Work closely with cross-functional partners on in-country program roll-outs targeting fertility care across the lifespan.
  • Improving our operational efficiency: Identify process gaps and bottlenecks that are slowing the team down and propose creative solutions to address them.

The Team: 

Carrot’s Global Operations team sits within the Global Solutions department and is the operational hub that powers our fertility care across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in shaping how we grow in one of the largest regions at Carrot, where you will have the opportunity to build, innovate, and collaborate in bringing new vital services and products to meet our mission of fertility care for all. You will also work with team members across Global Solutions to share knowledge, strategize, and support one another.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of professional experience with strengths in 
    • Planning, managing, and efficiently completing multiple tasks and projects
    • Supporting process and implementation changes
    • Organizing content and information
    • Researching and communicating complex information
    • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior work experience focused on EMEA markets or, time spent living in Europe, the Middle East or Africa
  • Proficient with productivity and day-to-day tools (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Keynote/Google Slides)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proficient in a second language with a preference for languages spoken in Eastern Europe
    Prior experience in healthcare, with a focus on the perinatal or fertility space
  • Experience with tools such as Airtable, Salesforce, Confluence and Zendesk  
  • Enthusiasm for Carrot’s mission and eagerness to join our collaborative and dynamic team

Compensation: 

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position will range from $76,000 - $104,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
