Summary As a Truck Driver at C.A.T. transport, you will be an integral part of our logistics team, responsible for safely transporting goods. This role is vital to our mission of delivering high-quality transportation services while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities • Safely operate a truck to transport goods between designated locations • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance. • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs and receipts. • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road. • Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transit. • Ensure the secure loading of cargo to prevent damage during transport. Qualifications • Must Be 21 yrs. or older • Must have 12 months verifiable in 48 months • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. • Proven experience as a truck driver with knowledge of various types of trucks. • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements for commercial driving. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.
