The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the change management process within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. The Change Management Lead will work closely with various departments to ensure that changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, and will be able to apply this knowledge to drive organizational change. This role also involves assessing the impact of changes, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation plans. The Change Management Lead will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs, communication plans, and support materials to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to measure and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. This is a critical role that requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  •  Collaborate with senior leadership to align change initiatives with business goals.
  •  Develop and maintain change management documentation.
  •  Support the development of a change-ready culture within the organization.

Requirements

Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
