The Role:

Carrot is seeking a Regional Coordinator to be part of Carrot’s Global Operations team supporting our Latin America and Asia Pacific markets. Our team enables our customers (i.e. multinational employers) and their employees to access a global fertility benefits program inclusive of financial coverage and support. Whether a member is pursuing IVF in Mexico, a gestational carrier journey in Canada, or egg freezing through cross-border reproductive care from China to the US, our team powers Carrot’s operational infrastructure to create a positive employer and employee experience, globally. As part of the Global Solutions team at Carrot, you will work closely with our US-based Global Solutions team and our international colleagues and cross-functionally with other teams at Carrot. 

As part of the Global Operations team, you will contribute to:

  • Building and maintaining our knowledge base - Organize complex and constantly changing information related to the world's legal, regulatory, cultural, and financial aspects of fertility care. Support audits adhering to our operation procedures and work closely with other Global Solutions teammates to ensure alignment of structured data. This powers our operations to provide a world-class experience for our customers and members.
  • Researching and resolving problems - Work internally on country-specific tasks such as Care Navigation-related research tasks to support Carrot members who are navigating complex reproductive pathways, such as cross-border reproductive care. 
  • Process Creation - Identify opportunities to improve existing process and implement new processes that enable our team to be most efficient and effective at achieving our goals.
  • Growing our regional strategy and supporting program roll-outs: Assist the team with research, regional analysis, and thought partnership as we expand our regional footprint

The Team:

Carrot’s Global Operations team sits within the Global Solutions department and is the operational hub that powers our fertility care across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in shaping how we grow at Carrot in the Asia Pacific and Latin America region, where you will have the opportunity to build and collaborate in bringing vital services and products to meet our mission of fertility care for all. You will also work with team members across Global Solutions to share knowledge, strategize, and support one another.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Fluent in one of the following languages: Japanese, Mandarin, or Spanish
  • Proficient with 1-2 years of professional experience with strengths in 
    • Planning, managing, and efficiently completing multiple tasks and projects
    • Identifying patterns and solving complex problems
    • Creating processes and implementing changes
    • Organizing content and information
    • Working independently 
    • Communicating complex information
  • Proficient with productivity and day-to-day tools (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Keynote/Google Slides)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • International experience and/or experience with Asia or Latin America, specifically working in a global capacity or time spent living outside of the US
  • Prior experience in healthcare benefits
  • Professional or personal experiences with fertility care, infertility-related treatments, or family-forming services is a bonus
  • Able to synthesize complex information related to legal, cultural, and financial aspects on an international scale.

Compensation:

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position will range from $67,000 - $92,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
