Who We're Looking For


We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Customer Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a territory of accounts and driving revenue growth by expanding and cross-selling an existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or account management, a strong customer service orientation, and excellent communication skills.


What You'll Be Doing


• Manage and grow an assigned book of business; proactively identify opportunities to expand and cross sell existing clients

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations

• Partner with the Customer Success Manager on each account to understand needs, and strategize a custom approach to each customer.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to anticipate and address customer concerns

• Participate in regular business reviews with clients to ensure product awareness and identify opportunities for growth inside each account

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, specifically Customer Success, to ensure high customer satisfaction

• Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales activities

• Strategically position products and present them to clients, showcasing value to their organization and members

• Provide regular updates to the Director of Expansion Sales on account activity and progress toward revenue targets


What You Need To Have


• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred

• 5+ years of experience B2B SaaS sales or account management

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in Salesforce

• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
