Reports to: Vice President of Sales

Location: Remote UK

Compensation Range: ÂŁ130,000 base plus ÂŁ85,000 variable, for a total earnings of ÂŁ215,000, plus equity

Huntress stops hidden threats that sneak past preventive security tools by utilizing our award-winning security platform and expert human threat hunters through dynamic products including Managed EDR, MDR for Microsoft 365, and Managed Security Awareness Training.

What You’ll Do: 

Huntress is looking for our first Regional Director of Sales to add to our newly established and quickly growing team in the UK. As part of this foundational go-to-market team, you will be critical to the success and growth of Huntress in the region. As our regional director, you’ll provide leadership and strategic vision for the team, provide training, quality analysis, and ensure the team is set up for success and maximum productivity.  

We are striving for bold targets and goals with our expansion by bringing our cybersecurity mission to small and mid-sized businesses in the UK.  We need a proven leader who is enthusiastic to use their passion, skills, and self-discipline toward the task of building a team and bringing a new division to market.

Responsibilities: 

  • Build and execute a sales strategy including go-to-market plans, growth and expansion strategies, team building, and optimizing sales processes for maximum impact 
  • Hire, train, and develop Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives and other roles within your department  to excel and grow within the company
  • As the first leader in the UK, provide valuable insight to senior leadership about growth plans, challenges, and areas of opportunity 
  • Be a thought leader and continue to educate, build credibility, and trust with potential and current customers on the Huntress security stack within the IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) community
  • Assist your team with maintaining a high level of pipeline organization
  • Ability to travel (up to 25% of the time) and confidently present in front of an audience during Trade Shows & Webinars

What You Bring To The Team:  

  • 8+ years of demonstrated success in a senior sales leadership position 
  • Strong knowledge of the MSP community and best practices to engage and sell within 
  • Experience growing and scaling high-performing sales teams through hands on coaching and mentoring 
  • Strong time management & organizational skills as well as the ability to work across time zones
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
  • Internal drive of continuous improvement. Cybersecurity is a rapidly changing environment - the ideal candidate will possess a determination to continually learn and grow
  • Familiarity with MSP tools such as RMMs and PSAs strongly preferred
