Job Description

About Future

When it comes to self-improvement, making progress is much easier with access to the right support and encouragement. That’s why we believe anyone with a desire to change their health habits for the better deserves a coaching experience grounded in real expertise and human connection, no matter where they’re starting from or where their journey will take them.

We designed Future to put personal training in the palm of your hand, because forging a bond with a coach whose fitness plans fit who you are and how you want to move shouldn’t come with a prohibitive cost or a rigid schedule. Future coaches are all about understanding and uplifting any individual with a desire to change for the better, and they’re always standing by to inspire action or celebrate progress.

Because we believe anyone has the power to make a difference with the right support structure, inclusivity and encouragement are always a part of our plan. Our team represents a wide array of backgrounds and levels of fitness expertise, but we all share a desire to play a part in creating a healthier world. If you’re ready to embrace meaningful challenges alongside great people who you can lean on and learn from (and you don’t mind working up the occasional sweat), then Future is the right fit for you.
