Regional FP&A Analyst, Asia (12 mths contract)

Join our Asia Regional FP&A team and play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence across multiple countries in Asia.

Responsibilities

As a Regional FP&A Analyst, you will:

• Lead Financial Planning: Collaborate with the Asia Regional Finance Manager to input quarterly projections, annual budgets, and long-range plans into our financial systems.
• Deliver Insights: Contribute to monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and the preparation of business review presentations that support strategic decision-making.
• Enhance Processes: Partner with the International FP&A team to streamline FP&A processes and standardize reporting across the international region.
• Support Leadership: Assist the Asia Regional Finance Director with special projects and initiatives that drive regional financial performance.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the accounting and controllership teams to gather transactional details, ensuring accurate variance analysis and necessary adjustments.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: At least 5 years of finance experience, including a minimum of 2 years in FP&A. Proficiency in systems like SAP, BPC, and SACP is highly valued.
• Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI are essential. Familiarity with SACP/BPC/SAP is a strong plus.
• Mindset: You are collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership. You excel in detail-oriented work, are comfortable working to tight deadlines, and are driven to achieve results.
• Knowledge: A solid understanding of US GAAP is an advantage.
• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance is highly desirable.
