What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a visionary leader with:

• Extensive Experience: 15+ years in sales, marketing, Dirand channel management, preferably in medical capital equipment.
• Proven Success: A track record of exceeding regional targets and driving P&L growth.
• Leadership Excellence: Strong interpersonal and coaching skills to inspire and develop a cohesive, motivated team.
• Strategic Acumen: The ability to create innovative strategies, overcome barriers, and deliver results in complex markets.
• Multilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; French is a plus.
