Job Description

Reporting into the Regional CEO and CPO you will have a position of responsibility offering regional strategic and operational guidance, implementing best practice, along with collaboratively designing and implementing the Group HR and People strategy and KPI’S in the Americas.

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

You will work closely with the Regional CEO and Regional leadership team. Contributing to strategic discussions and communicating how the people agenda supports and drives company performance. Work with other senior HR colleagues across the Group to design and deliver a cohesive and engaging employee life cycle.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

  • Executing and aligning HR best practices to improve engagement and retention across the region.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of HR processes and data.
  • Working with Group CPO and Group COEs and other regional HR colleagues to design and implement EVP initiatives.
  • Working with our leaders to ensure one IQ-EQ culture and our values are reflected in people orientated decisions
  • Delivering regional people KPI’s
  • Leading, developing, and strengthening the regional HR capability and executing the HR TOM, including supporting offshoring.

Required Experience

  • Ability to develop and execute a people strategy
  • BA required
  • SHRM-CP,SHRM-SCP or PHR certification strongly preferred
  • M&A DD and integrations experience
  • Senior leadership team facilitation and influencing senior
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment
  • Previous experience of managing and developing staff
  • Bias for action, strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Salary range: $210,000 - $230,000
