Regional Key Accounts Manager, Mid-Atlantic

Summary
The Key Accounts Manager is an experienced business professional with a demonstrated ability to proactively create, cultivate, and enhance relationships with current and potential dealers and key contacts. The Key Accounts Manager will manage a group of large dealers (key accounts). The position reports to the SVP of Sales and will foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the growth of those accounts. *This remote position is based in the Mid-Atlantic US region (NJ, DE, PA, MD, DC, or VA).
Responsibilities
- Manage a set of key accounts and expand relationships within the accounts to grow recurring monthly revenue
- Ensure the achievement of key accounts by driving sales initiatives and building/expanding relationships
- Align relationships with various levels of the Brivo sales team and the key accounts to drive increased buy-in and revenue
- Prepare sales forecasts and growth plans for each key account
- Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance and correct deficiencies where necessary
- Ensure that the Brivo regional sales plans are aligned with and support the key account goals
- Provide leadership to the sales organization in implementing sales organization objectives that align with Brivo’s business goals
- Maintain channel partner relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s influence within the assigned key accounts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct sales experience preferably within the physical security/access control industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated track record of success in meeting assigned sales quotas consistently
- Present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, professional and well-organized manner
- Process, data-driven sales backgroundÂ
- Strong experience with Salesforce, and building track-able, repeatable sales processes
- Motivated and self-directed professional, capable of establishing working relationships across the business and within the target organizations
- Ability to balance external customer relationship management activities with internal support of the daily operations within areas of responsibility
- Resides in assigned territory, preferably near a major airport, as there will be heavy travel (up to 75%) throughout the region, as well as travel to industry tradeshows, customer events, and internal meetings
