Description and Requirements

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage New Product Introductions (NPI) in Indonesia and Asia Pacific countries, ensuring execution aligns with the Plan of Record (POR).
  • Oversee Software/Hardware Maintenance Releases (SW/HW MRs).
  • Coordinate sample planning and distribution for market readiness.
  • Handle project changes and manage product liabilities to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate as the focal point between Business Operations, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless product launches.

Accountabilities:

  • Deliver products on time and on POR.
  • Conduct country launch reviews and provide weekly updates.
  • Proactively manage product changes, minimizing complexity and impact.
  • Lead efforts to reduce product complexity for optimized execution.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills to align diverse teams.
  • Proven project management discipline with the ability to handle complex deliverables.
  • 2-3 years of experience in related fields, with a preference for manufacturing knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
