The Regional HR Business Partner Manager partners with the General Managers of Operations in leading teams of regional fulfillment center management. The Regional HR Manager will lead key HR strategies to include, change management initiatives by creating awareness, understanding, buy-in and ownership for culture change; design strategies to improve overall morale and engagement while measuring and assessing progress; partner in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that supports all functional areas of HR to include but not limited to team member relations, onboarding, compensation, training, and performance. 

You will:
  • Responsible for aligning business objectives with HR solutions in the organizations they support
  • Forms effective relationships with area leadership, department heads, managers, and team members, providing HR guidance 
  • Mentors and coaches’ FC leadership and other HR Team Members
  • Analyzes trends and KPIs in partnership with the HR Ops group to develop solutions, programs, and opportunities for FC efficiency
  • Manages and resolves complex team member relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Works closely with senior leadership and local HR team to improve team member work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Provides guidance and input on department restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning to support the business strategy
  • Partner with key stakeholders on effective succession planning
  • Ensure company compliance with all labor laws are achieved at the Federal and State levels
  • Travel 50% to multiple locations regularly
You are:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent field preferred
  • At least 5 years of Human Resources experience, including working knowledge of HR services (team member relations, labor relations, performance management, compensation, talent management and recruitment, organizational development, employment law)
  • SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills, project management, collaboration, and matrix management skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal)
  • HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
  • Overall business acumen, ethical decision making, and relationship management skills
