Regional Market Coordinator- Experiential Marketing

We just happen to be looking for a passionate Regional Market Coordinator in our Alpharetta, GA office to work on our major automotive account. This role will involve aspects of experiential/event marketing and meeting planning. The RMC will be responsible for assisting in executing a broad range of National, Regional and Dealer group funded experiential marketing-based programs.  It requires an individual who is highly organized, confident, and collaborative.

Here’s the job:

• Cultivate strong and productive relationships with clients, agency partners and third-party resources
• Use the creative part of your brain to come up with unique approaches to engage consumers
• Create and deliver presentations that leave audiences clamoring for more
• Relish in the opportunity to demonstrate your negotiation skills to ensure the client is getting the most bang for their buck
• Track client budgets and provide clear communication to the client regarding budget, scope, schedule, and project status/action items
• Work with a close-knit team who is made up of people that actually like hanging out with each other
• Activate experiential events on behalf of automotive client in including State Fairs, Music & Art Festivals, MLB Games, PGA, College Football, Tennis, NASCAR, Auto Shows and more

What we require:

• College degree and 1-2 years’ experience
• Strong project management, organizational and communication
• Experience in experiential marketing (planning, onsite execution), negotiating and giving presentations strongly
• Willing to Travel up to 30% and work weekends, if needed
• Demonstrated production competencies; client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, organizational sophistication, attention to detail, flexibility and professional
