Regional Marketing Manager
ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT The Regional Marketing Manager's primary role is to plan, develop, execute and optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies and plans to maximize impact in VyStar markets while maintaining alignment with the overall company purpose and brand strategy. This role we also be responsible for managing the environmental (corporate buildings and other assets such as hospitality suites) and branch experience, working across our 65 and growing full-service branch locations in addition to our high school branch program, the VyStar Academy of Business. The Regional Marketing Manager will ensure optimized member marketing and communications and a representative and consistent brand experience in addition to building new environmental experiences in new markets.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, lead and execute integrated, go-to-market strategies for VyStar in key regional markets and DMAs including media planning, advertising, product marketing, branch marketing, in order to drive new member accounts, loan deposits and cross-sell.
- Leverage market research and analytics to assess market opportunities, segmentation and targeting.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders - Market Presidents, regional VPs, branch VPs, Communications , Community Engagement and external agencies to launch new branch locations including PR, ribbon-cutting events, community engagement and advertising.
- Manage the branded retail experience to ensure optimized communications and marketing across all branch locations leveraging the new branch interior and signage standards.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders such as Facilities, Real Estate, Market Presidents, RVPs and BVPs. to support branded experience across branch construction, renovation.
- Manage and optimize all digital and printed signage- content for branches and corporate facilities
- Continuously work to better understand our branch environments for members and prospects and how to design content that addresses their evolving needs.
- Provide strong project management/leadership on regional activities and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time with a high level of quality, in accordance with Compliance, Legal and Regulatory requirements
- Oversee key special projects that drive optimized brand impressions across our corporate physical assets and spaces including hospitality suites.
- Manage a team of (2) with the potential to expand as VyStar adds new regions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE
- College degree with MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in financial services retail (branch) marketing and/or experience managing consumer retail locations and experiences.
- 5+ years delivering marketing advertising and communications
- 5+ years directly managing and developing staff
- Preferred experience with retail merchandising
- Collaborative leadership skills to influence without authority; strong and respectful interpersonal and partnering skills, and the ability to build meaningful and sustainable relationships at all levels and functions of the organization
- Comfortable with ambiguity, managing complexity, change and a matrix organizational environment
- Proven ability and hands-on experience navigating complex communications issues
- Thinks strategically, prioritizes effectively and delivers high-impact results
- Experienced people manager with strong track record of building an effective team, including developing talent and inspiring excellence
- A dynamic and optimistic team player with a positive attitude
- Executive presentation skills - ability to develop compelling presentations for senior management independently without a lot of guidance. Mastery of powerpoint and excel.
- Ability to travel frequently across Florida and Georgia to visit branch locations
