This can be a remote or hybrid position providing you are in the Eastern or Central Time zone and live near a major airport for travel purposes

In this capacity you will ;
Work with our regional sales managers and distributors to develop and implement marketing plans to grow the distributor's business and build brand loyalty. This focus of this role will be to grow the regional marketing manager program to include hiring, training and managing a regional marketing representative in each of the five business units.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Drive marketing strategy at the channel level
- Develop and implement marketing plans appropriate to the region, including digital campaigns
- Work with sales on Partner joint business plans
- Educate partners on LG products and services
- Be a brand advocate with partners while becoming an integral part of our partners' businesses Develop and execute plans with our partners in conjunction with Co-op spend guidelines and help manage co-op spend effectively
- As business units grow, hire, train and manage a regional manager per business unit
- Provide monthly reports on partner growth
- Work with the Senior Manager of Contractor Development on contractor development
- Support special events, mobile showroom and tradeshows where needed
- Work with training to communicate training plans
- Collaborate with marketing to develop regional contractor recruitment campaigns
To be successful you will need ;
- 8 years of marketing experience, especially in omni channel, B2B and B2C industry.
- College degree preferred
- Prior Marketing experience in the HVAC or related industries preferred
- Solid organizational skills and detail oriented. Capable of working on multiple projects concurrently in a very fast-paced environment, ensuring that quality deliverables are achieved on time.
- Strong relationship-building skills. Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines. Enjoys working with others and collaborating with positive attitude.
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- The drive to excel and succeed; self-motivated, managing projects effectively.
- Travel up to 50%

Pay Range: 80,000- 121,800 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed
