Job Description
We're hiring a Regional Marketing Manager for Poland & CIS countries. We're looking for someone based in Belgium or in Poland.
As the Regional Marketing Manager for Poland & CIS, you will be responsible for driving visibility and demand for our brands and products by executing tailored marketing strategies in alignment with regional and customer needs. You will take full ownership of the marketing plan for these key regions and collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning: Develop and execute regional marketing plans in line with global and regional objectives.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities, aligning with sales priorities.
- Manage the regional marketing budget and organize regional customer events.
- Lead channel activation plans for key customers, including: promotions, sponsorships, loyalty programs, ...
- Analyze customer performance and gather market insights to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create point-of-sale tools and boost brand presence.
- Business development: Identify new opportunities and propose go-to-market strategies.
You are based in BELGIUM or in POLAND.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in regional marketing, preferably in the automotive aftermarket or related industries.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and oversee complex marketing projects.
- Fluent in English, Russian, Polish.
- Willing to travel up to 25%
