As our Regional Marketing Programs Manager, you will create and execute B2B marketing campaigns to generate pipeline for the US Sales team. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with both our internal Sales and Marketing teams to create successful campaigns that convert to wins.
- Create and execute B2B marketing campaigns generating pipeline for the Central and East regions
- Plan, conceptualize, and execute all marketing activities for your market (account based marketing, regional campaigning, event marketing, webinars, etc.)
- Organize regionally-based events in collaboration with our Event Management team
- 3+ years of experience as a B2B Marketing Manager in a tech/software company (SaaS/PaaS)
- Previous experience marketing to C-level in IT and business roles in Enterprise markets
- Strong knowledge of demand generation, account-based marketing, and using KPI’s to track activities and measure performance
- The ability to leverage marketing automation/CRM and attribution platforms, such as Hubspot and Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality execution
- Proven experience developing target group-focused campaigns corresponding to market dynamics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to reduce complexity
- Sales affinity
- Awareness of market development, market segments, and demand in the market
- Previous experience in eCommerce or retail technology
- Experience creating region-based strategy and execution

💲 Our target compensation for this role is $110,000-$140,000 OTE, but we are flexible based on experience and skill level.
