Regional Marketing Specialist

Slalom is seeking a talented, organized, accountable and team-oriented Regional Marketing Specialist for Central Region to join our Regional Alliance team. This role will be responsible for regional marketing and events, as well as provide program oversight and reporting for key marketing initiatives.

This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple requests and show flexibility to change direction at a moment's notice. A successful candidate will possess the skills to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, have a desire and willingness to learn new systems/ processes and/or create where none exist, and efficiently and proactively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the department or other related groups.

What You'll Do

• Assist with planning and executing key regional events/ conferences with local market marketing resources
• Assist with program management, reporting, and communication across regional teams and markets
• Develop project stories highlighting our key partners
• Develop and execute communication plans both internally and externally
• Provide overall creative support to the Central Region
• Anticipate challenges and plan accordingly ahead of need and the local Marketing resources in various markets
• Review and copy-edit business documents, presentations and communications with a high level of accuracy
• Manage internal communications as necessary

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in related marketing field or work experience
• 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing or relevant support role
• Advanced skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel regionally (Central- 10-15%) as needed
