Regional People Partner - Kalimantan

As a Regional People Partner for Kalimantan, you will be responsible for overseeing local HR teams and executing company policies across the region. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of labor regulations and have experience in human resources management. This position primarily focuses on fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR processes with business objectives throughout Kalimantan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with branch management to fulfill manpower planning requirements to meet operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all employee-related administration in accordance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Implement and promote People and Culture programs across the branches to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues through effective and impartial investigations.
• Work closely with management and staff to enhance workplace relationships, improve morale, and drive productivity.

• Proven experience as a Regional HR Partner or similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
• In-depth knowledge of labor regulations and compliance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Kalimantan region.
• Home-based candidates from Kalimantan preferred.
