Job Description
As a Regional People Services Manager in the HR function, you play a pivotal role in integrating various HR teams into a cohesive unit focused on enhancing the colleague experience in the Americas Region. This leadership role will also lay the foundation for future People Services operations. You will first focus on fostering strong relationships with the Global Teams, driving digitalization of HR processes, and transforming travel policies and procedures to provide an excellent, intuitive travel experience with minimal paper-based processes.Â
This hybrid role reports into our Regional Head of HR and is based out of the New York City Support Office.Â

Integration of Teams:

Lead the integration of Travel, People Insights, HR Technology, and Payroll functions into a harmonious unitÂ

Collaborate with leaders to align strategies and unlock the potential of our HR ecosystemÂ

HR Technology:

Enhance and maintain our foundational HR technology systems, ensuring colleagues enjoy a seamless HR experienceÂ
-
Work towards exceptional colleague experiences from their first interaction to their farewellÂ
-
Partner with the HR Technology Manager to create a technology-driven HR landscapeÂ
-
People Insights:Â
-
Utilize data and insights to craft and evolve our people strategyÂ
-
Improve HR's storytelling capability with impactful insightsÂ
-
Cultivate a data-driven culture within HRÂ
-
Travel Management:Â
-
Redefine travel policies and practices alongside the Regional Travel ManagerÂ
-
Champion an intuitive, self-service travel management programÂ
-
Ensure colleagues have efficient and cost-effective travel experiencesÂ
-
Payroll:Â
-
Drive best practices for the department in partnership with the Payroll Managers
-
Champion the implementation of a seamless Payroll tech solutionÂ
-
Ensure colleagues have a world-class service experienceÂ
-
Vendor Management:Â
-
Apply best practices in establishing and maintaining vendor relationships.Â
-
Ensure vendors are strategically and holistically managed to maximize value for the organizationÂ
-
Collaborate with vendors to align their services with our business needs and objectivesÂ
-
Global Team Collaboration:Â
-
Foster collaboration with our Global Team in Stockholm, ensuring alignment on global initiativesÂ
-
Take regional ownership to implement these initiativesÂ

Leadership and Strategy:Â
-
Establish service level agreements and issue resolution benchmarksÂ
-
Define, monitor, and ensure the delivery of performance metrics that elevate HR operationsÂ
Qualifications
Who You Are:
-
An academic degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant fieldÂ
-
Over 5 years of HR Operations/Shared Services leadership experienceÂ
-
Over 3 years of project management experience, including the use of formal project management methodologiesÂ
-
Proficiency in HR systems and technology, with a preference for expertise in ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactorsÂ
-
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsÂ
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple complex & confidential tasksÂ
-
Occasionally, travel may be required, both domestically and internationally, to collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the regionÂ

Compensation: salary range is $196,396 - $225,860 annually**
