Title: Regional Reward Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)
Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Global Compensation, this role will be responsible for managing compensation in the NAMER region (US and Canada). This includes collective bargaining agreements, FLSA and minimum wage compliance as well as providing broader compensation consultancy to our NAMER HR people partners and associated business leaders. There will also be the opportunity to be involved in special projects focused on ensuring our reward programs are designed and executed to align to our talent and wider business strategy. Strong Subject Matter Expertise and customer focus are keys to success.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Partner with the Labor Relations and HR Partners on CBA renewals
- FLSA and minimum wage compliance
- Manage market pricing for NAMER as well as ad-hoc market analysis
- Ownership for focal/merit cycle management for NAMER
- Counsel and partner with HR Business Partners on compensation matters
- Monitor industry and external market with a view to continuously improve programs (and manage compliance)
- Support other roles within the COE on Global Program management (focal cycle, bonuses, recognition, job architecture, market intelligence etc.)
Basic Requirements
- 7 - 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Compensation or Total Rewards
- Knowledge and experience using Workday or other Human Capital Management software
- Prior experience working with a market pricing tool
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical skills (including high level of proficiency in Excel) - advanced data/statistical skill sets would a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
