The role of the Regional Sales Director (RSD) is to manage a territory to grow revenue through our channel, and direct sales efforts, selling into small-medium sized (SME) businesses. This is a great role for an experienced seller who knows how to work a territory to build a book of business and create long-lasting relationships. The RSD will be responsible for managing and generating a pipeline, directing all pre-and post-sales activities to obtain high margin, long-term business, and increasing market share.
Additionally, a preferred candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding quota, experience selling a SaaS solution, and selling into the B2B space. This role will provide the ideal candidate with the opportunity to develop their skills in a supportive, learning organization. The role reports directly to the UK Sales Manager of New Business.

Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals, quota and activity
- Drive direct deals working with internal teams to win business
- Also partner with our channel to drive joint opportunities to close
- Work effectively with a BDR to drive pipeline
- Develop and execute a territory plan
- Document and manage your sales pipeline in our CRM application
Qualifications:
- CRM sales and use (SugarCRM, SFDC, MSD) experience ideal
- Fluent English speaking skills
- Minimum 5+ years quota carrying sales in SaaS or related fields
- A proven ability to manage to a defined forecast with stated quarterly objectives
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
