Career Opportunity: Regional Sales Director โ Northeast Organized Living in Cincinnati, OH

Organized Living is looking for a successful sales director who can manage his team and supporting resources to execute a strategic regional sales plan in a highly complex selling environment. The candidate must have strong professional communication skills, high EQ, and interpersonal skills with the ability to succeed in a self-driven, performance-based environment. The position is in one of our largest regions and has a tremendous amount of opportunity for growth.
QualificationsResponsibilities:
- Associate or bachelorโs degree a plus; 8 - 10 years in a sales management role within a business-to-business environment; required.
- Successful track record of managing independent and direct sales teams.
- History of personal sales success (role includes supporting the sales process in the largest opportunities).
- Strong verbal communication, negotiating, closing, and professional writing skills.
- Business development mindset and strong account management skillsets.
- Ability to manage opportunity pipelines.
- Must be organized, self-driven, and able to lead a team-based, collaborative environment.
- Travel required as needed. Extensive travel initially, moderate long-term. (25%-40%)
- Comfortable with latest technologies, including presentation software, mobile, CRM (MS Dynamics) and other online applications.
- Knowledge of TAS, Challenger, or other complex selling methodology a plus.
- Industry experience in Storage and Organization a plus.
- Experience selling software platforms is a plus.
- Experience in the construction materials industry, particularly in the northeastern markets, is a plus.
