Senior Business Development Representative

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, detail-focused team member who will bring hustle and grit to gain deep experience while receiving coaching and mentoring from our highly successful sales team.

We want hunters that are hungry to sell without the red tape of larger companies or frustrations when signed contracts aren’t installed. We move fast, we build every single contract that is executed, and give our sales team autonomy to perform. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Territory development to include development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations and local enhancement of Zentro positioning and brand.
  • Maintaining quality sales records and preparation of sales and activity reports as required.
  • Generation of new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
  • Effectively manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
  • Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects that will yield production levels of monthly quota performance and above.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales a must; preferred in a commercial internet experience.
  • Strong people skills; organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with financial modeling recommended, but not required
  • Technologically savvy, resourceful, creative, analytical and business-minded
