This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Director in India.

This is a senior enterprise sales role focused on driving net new business across one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving markets in APAC. You will be responsible for opening strategic accounts, building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, and shaping complex opportunities from initial engagement through to closure. The role sits at the intersection of enterprise software, digital trust, sustainability, traceability, and AI-enabled transformation. You will operate in a high-impact environment where long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals are the norm. Backed by strong presales, delivery, and partner ecosystems, you will not be starting from scratch but building on proven technology and market traction. This position offers significant visibility and the opportunity to shape regional commercial growth while directly influencing revenue expansion.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive enterprise sales growth across APAC, with a primary focus on India, building a strong pipeline of net new business opportunities across targeted industries.
  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders in large enterprises and mid-market organizations.
  • Lead end-to-end deal execution, including qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and successful closure of complex sales cycles.
  • Translate market needs in digital trust, traceability, ESG, supply chain transparency, and AI-enabled workflows into commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with presales, product, delivery, and partner teams to shape proposals and strengthen solution alignment.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and strong commercial rigor across all active opportunities.
  • Leverage ecosystem partnerships and advisory relationships to open doors and accelerate deal progression.
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software and services sales, with a strong track record of consistently winning new business.
    • Proven success in managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with executive-level engagement.
    • Experience building pipeline in greenfield or underpenetrated markets and opening strategic enterprise accounts.
    • Strong ability to connect technical solutions with business transformation priorities and measurable executive outcomes.
    • Demonstrated credibility with senior stakeholders and ability to influence commercial and strategic decisions.
    • Experience in consultative, high-value sales environments with long and complex sales cycles.
    • Familiarity with partner-led ecosystems, advisory firms, or co-selling models is highly desirable.
    • Exposure to Web3, distributed ledger technologies, digital identity, supply chain traceability, ESG, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
    • Knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC is an advantage.
    • Fluent business English communication skills.
