Overview:
The Regional Sales Enablement Manager (Americas) role, is a core role in our global Sales Enablement team, a part of our Global Revenue Organization. This primary focus of the role is to lead and execute sales enablement programs in the region to help make our sales team successful in solving their customers' challenges with LivePerson technology and solutions. The Regional Sales Enablement Manager (Americas) will need to collaborate within the Sales Enablement team and across the regional sales team to strategically create, roll out and facilitate a robust sales enablement program that provides newly hired sales talent with all the necessary knowledge and tools in a scheduled format, to reach revenue goals while leveraging the strong backbone of the company culture. This program will have measurable targeted objectives that Enablement is responsible for - like time to first sale and number of opportunities in late-stage and more. This role requires systems-thinking and a highly collaborative mindset.

- Produce, enhance, and facilitate virtual and in-person onboarding programs, post-onboarding initiatives and sales trainings to immerse our sales team in LivePerson's culture, products, capabilities and solutions, share best practices and set them up for success, from prospecting through the customer lifecycle
- Provide thought leadership, innovation and creativity in order to find the best solutions to help our sales professional succeed
- Highly responsive to the needs of LivePerson's Global Revenue Organization globally and in the region you manage
- Collaborate with regional teams and sellers and communicate in the way our sellers need to learn to drive effective action
- Review, monitor, and update the efficacy of online learning modules
- Proactively identify, track, manage, communicate with stakeholders on a consistent basis regarding priorities, timing, risks and path to mitigate issues and risks
- Assistance in our annual SKO, either globally or regionally
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify key markers of successful sales attributes
- Travel up to 25%
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, training or equivalent work experience
- Coaching mentality and ideally past coaching experience within a sales organization
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in Sales Enablement
- Have successfully carried a quota or been the driving force behind winning new business
- Facilitated training and learning development for sales teams
- Excellent written, verbal presentation and organizational skills, ability to interface with internal stakeholders
- Experience in a global organization, collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams
