Job Description:
SUMMARY
Sells MLS software products and/or services for Black Knight'sData & Analytics division to both new and existing clients to ensure revenue growth in support of new business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for selling products and/or services, developing new accounts, and/or expanding existing accounts
- Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted Black Knight products and/or services
- Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts
- Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence
- Prepares and presents proposals to clients - utilizing Black Knight resources and tools
- Negotiates, structures, and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations and Black Knight ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise
- Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies
- Meets sales goals and objectives
- Performs other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Requires 5+ years of sales experience
- MLS and/or real estate software sales experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Black Knight products, services, and capabilities
- Mortgage industry experience
- Experience selling SaaS solutions
- Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability and willingness to cold call and generate a pipeline of prospective clients
- Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements
- Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
- Ability to travel
