We’re looking for a self-motivated, collaborative team player who is ready to take advantage of a tremendous growth opportunity in a rapidly growing new industry. You’ll have a chance to make this role your own, in an open culture that encourages new ideas and innovations to help us continue driving exponential growth. You will be supporting our Sales team working closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Global Compliance, Technology, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Visa and Global Mobility, etc. to position and support the company’s various businesses and functions.
With a proven track record on new product positioning, you will have the expertise to develop and implement sales strategies to open new opportunities for our products and services in the Employer of Record (EOR), Global Payroll, and Global Mobility space. By developing a deep understanding of our products, you will have the ability to position EOR solutions to Enterprise and upper middle market clients, while collaborating with our other product lines in Global Payroll, HR, Technology, and Mobility to support clients’ global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate sales of our Technology-enabled Global HR Solutions such as Employer of Record, Payroll, and immigration products to prospective clients in order to achieve personal monthly/quarterly/annual new sales objectives.
- Consistently meet sales activity and other agreed KPIs and satisfy all company requirements for CRM usage.
- Develop and maintain an excellent working knowledge of product positioning, product messaging, product capabilities, and competitive landscape.
- Efficiently qualify leads and opportunities to build a healthy pipeline, managing the entire sales process from discovery to closing sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure efficient and compliant strategy and deal execution.
- Connect with key influencers and executive sponsors in target organizations and develop trusted advisor status.
- Open and develop relevant alliance partnerships generating activity with globally expanding clients
- Generate, develop, manage, and communicate expectations within accounts as well as increase the Atlas wallet size within each account.
- Responsible for RFP responses and procurement processes
- Understand future trends and influences positioning of the product in the marketplace
- Manage the sales critical life cycle to maintain pipeline plans for long, medium, and short-term sales
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to support the sales process
About You
- You have 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales.
- You are a proven top performer with a track record of exceeding sales targets in the North American region.
- You have previous experience selling into the Technology, Financial Services, Non-Profit, Energy, Life Sciences, BioTech, and/or Pharmaceutical industries.
- You have previous experience working with partners and/or direct clients. M&A experience a plus
- You have a collaborative instinct and methodology to develop internal and external partner relationships.
- You have strong Sales/Business Development experience in managing sales numbers, forecasts, pipeline, and opportunities.
- You have experience working in an international high growth company.
- You have a dynamic personality, able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels across the business.
- You have confident communication skills (written and verbal), and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations.
- You have an excellent business acumen with the requisite communication, organizational and interpersonal skills needed to generate new revenue in a fast-paced environment
- You have a consultative approach to winning new business.
- Experience selling Employer of Record (EOR), Global PEO, or international Payroll is a plus.
