Snap! Mobile is trusted by coaches, educators, booster clubs, and their communities to help further the programs of those we serve. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the performance and success of your sales team by executing strategic sales plans to generate and develop business opportunities within districts, schools, athletics, and activity-based organizations in your team’s region. You will be responsible for coaching, training, and developing sales executives, along with growing existing revenue within your region. Our field sales team play an imperative role in bringing our Program Management Software to the market and will need leadership to help to adapt quickly as new products are added to the platform.

The Regional Sales Manager (RDM) manages and directs key sales functions within their regional footprint. As the head of a team of sales executives, the Regional Development Manager ensures that all members of their team work effectively and harmoniously to maximize sales force productivity and exceed individual territory and regional revenue targets. 

This leadership position is inclusive of planning, sales quota setting, reporting, professional development, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, hiring sales talent, new hire training, and administration. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall productivity and growth of their assigned outside sales team and reports directly to the Director of Sales, West Region. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide primary leadership and management to sales representatives by ensuring sales protocol is followed and business results are maximized.
  • Assist in managing sales planning, strategy, and forecasting – including analyzing reports and dashboards of sales team performance for senior management.
  • Identify key sales performance indicators and develop benchmarks for growth.
  • Design and implement strategic plans to exceed seasonal revenue. 
  • Work with sales team to review sales pipelines, performance metrics and assess performance.
  • Serve as industry expert to assist in educating decision makers and building rapport.
  • Provide support needed to increase saturation in territories by onboarding to multiple Snap! Mobile product offerings.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1’s and team meetings to cultivate a team culture of connectivity.
  • Collaborate to identify bottlenecks and disruptive friction points within internal and external customer experience.
  • Manage policy and procedure adherence and ensure compliant actions of the sales force.

What we are looking for:

  • 2-5 years of sales leadership experience with proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • The ideal candidate for this position must possess exceptional leadership skills, demonstrating an ability to move and influence a team toward a common goal and 
  • Ability to tailor messages that resonate for varying audiences and individuals.
  • Organized with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required to remain consistently effective when working independently.
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to inspire the same in a team.
  • Must be comfortable working in group/cross-functional settings.
  • Must demonstrate calmness and composure in times of uncertainty.
  • Must have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet tight deadlines while being flexible and accommodative to change.
  • Experience working with HubSpot, or alternative CRM required. Experience utilizing Knowi, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation:   

Base Salary $75k - $85k + Commission, with an average OTE of $155k.
