Regional Sales Manager

Summary

Sell new equipment, modernizations, service and spare parts with Aluminum Industry focus, serve KAM/PAM role for flat rolled Aluminum producers.

This employee may sit in the following markets: Pittsburgh, Nashville, or Atlanta

The right candidate will

• Visit customers facilities on routine basis
• Support proposal development as needed (drawings/info)
• Accompany product managers to customer site, for virtual discussions with product groups be present at customers' site
• Assist Department heads (Flat Rolling and Forging) in projecting future sales and carrying out resulting plans
• Travel and accompany customers to workshops
• Provide customer insight throughout sales process
• Review accounts to assure projects in CRM are current
• Follow through and provide insight once and order is awarded

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in flat rolled aluminum industry
• Technical knowledge related to Aluminum sheet and/or plate production
• Willingness to spend time with customers in all environments
• Travel requirements up to 50%
• Coaching and Mentoring skills
• Knowledge of aluminum customers and related requirements
• MS Office Skills
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a benefit
• 2 or 4 year advanced degree could be of value but not necessarily required
