That's why we're on the search for a superstar Regional Sales Manager . This role offers the unique opportunity to be a pioneering member of a new division which will shape the future of our company and your continued professional development.

As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for building driving and managing the entire NORAM (USA + Canada) team to deliver above quota sales performance.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage all aspects of the NORAM sales cycle

  • Execute individual and team sales plans to exceed quotas

  • Manage and ensure adherence to the Cloudbeds Sales Process methodology

  • Leverage alternate channels to build sales volume

  • Ensure high level of customer renewal rates

  • Manage expenses within company guidelines

You’ll Succeed With:

  • Experience in leading operational or sales teams with an emphasis on coaching and development

  • Proven track record leading a remote team

  • Exceptional communication and listening skills the ability to establish rapport and credibility and clearly articulate a value proposition

  • Exceptional presentation skills; the ability to effectively and energetically present to customers peers and leadership

  • Ability to optimize the sales tactics as necessary to accelerate growth

  • Track record of overachievement in new logo acquisition high customer renewal rates and the ability to drive high levels of outbound prospecting activity

  • Ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise in Salesforce CRM Groove Zendesk and an ever-expanding list of productivity tools

Nice to have:

  • Demonstrable success in selling hospitality management software

  • Hospitality lodging experience

Compensation: You can expect your annual earnings to be $150k+ depending on performance  Bonus is uncapped as it is a percentage of your team's booked revenue.
