Modivcare is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage your assigned region to exceed annual sales quota. Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts. You will also create demand by attending trade shows, calling on and meeting with prospective customers, and participating in industry forums and associations.

You will...
- Develop strategic relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
- Incorporate quality and continuous improvement as part of overall job performance
- Keep accurate pipeline and forecasting margin of error +- 10%
- Provide ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high-quality customer service.
- Develop mutually agreeable revenue expectations and manage them on the timeliness, quality and development of new opportunities in their pipeline for fulfilling their targeted revenue goals
- Have very detailed product/service knowledge and knowledge of client's business. Organize visits to current and potential clients.
- Lead efforts with product/service knowledge, system design, quotes, RFP responses, and any other items concerning the selling process
- Retain long-term customer relationships with established clients.
- Promote communication between clients and company departments.
- Assist Financial Management in A/R resolution as requested for assigned customers
- Inform clients of new services as they are introduced. Recommend services that fit well with clients' needs.
- Develop the sales strategy in selected Segments within market.
- You will lead a territory sales team with or without a hierarchic responsibility satisfying agreed sales targets to support the Head of Sales.
- Create a strategic account plan in cooperation with your teams and take the full responsibility to implement this plan.
- Create local marketing plans and translate market info ready for product management

- 5+ years experience in account management, assertively selling technology-driven products to commercial, institutional or industrial customers.
- Experience with Sales, especially track record in own sales execution, direct and indirect.
- Record of meeting targets.
- Knowledge of the wireless communication sector and the ability to understand technical system configuration
- Experience with value-based (complex) solution sales including software.
- Experience managing a functional team/project
- Ability to travel 70-80%

Pay Rate
$92,500-$157,300
