Job Description
What you can expect as the Manager Regional Sales - Beacon Capital Management:
Responsible for achieving product sales and other related goals by supporting sales activities for external sales team of Beacon Capital Management either at a national level or within an assigned territory. Lead and mentor the internal sales desk team, driving their performance to achieve and exceed activity targets. Identify and build relationships with targeted Financial Advisors and Broker Dealer Partners to market and drive product sales successfully. Position product and company benefits and strengths through phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Lead internal sales team. Partner with each team member to focus on individual performance and drive action towards meeting and exceeding role requirements.
- Provide continual coaching and feedback to staff including corporate programs designed to reinforce employee performance, annual merit reviews, and individual development plans.
- Achieve assigned sales and other related goals through phone and video calls to advisors, setting up and facilitating meetings with advisors, attending and presenting at conferences or in webinars, and generating leads for the external sales team; ensure activity requirements and service standards are met.
- Identify and build relationships with advisors or registered representatives through face-to-face meetings, industry events, phone and video calls, conferences, webinars, and other forms of communication in order to achieve sales goals.
- Attend and promote company and products at various Broker Dealer and industry conferences as necessary.
- Demonstrate strong ability to articulate the Company's strategy by presenting a compelling story about Company's strength, culture, values, products, and services to drive sales growth and deepen relationships with partners.
- Assist with developing and facilitating presentations to promote Company and products at various conferences, webinars, and events.
- Assist with developing and implementing training programs for new products, point of sale work, services, and programs offered by the Company.
- Collaborate with management in the implementation of outbound phone campaigns and other programs to be carried out from the home office. In conjunction with sales management, create, implement, and follow-through on sales and marketing campaigns, while ensuring that activity requirements and service standards are met at all times.
- Gather and maintain competitor information and assist management in developing product and sales tools to gain and maintain a competitive advantage.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' sales experience in the financial services industry (internal, external, or combination) preferred preferred
- Ability to work independently and to communicate clearly and concisely with effective written and oral skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships-internally and externally
- Excellent presentation skills
- Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
- Proven ability to grow a territory as measured by sales, producer growth, and persistency of business
- Effective organizational, time management, sales, and presentation skills

Licenses and Certifications:
- Series License 65 or 66 or ability to obtain within 120 Days preferred
