Your Role
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Drive Growth: Lead efforts to identify, acquire, and expand our client base across Canada.
  • Build Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier sales professionals to create a high-performing salesforce.
  • Achieve Results: Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Innovate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with market demands.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership roles within the payment processing industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in client acquisition, revenue growth, and team management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, guide, and develop sales teams.
  • Strategic Vision: Expertise in market analysis, data-driven sales strategies.
