The new Regional Sales Manager - GEx will drive daily interaction with key customers assigned or new logos pursued in order to deliver GE Vernova's industry leading hybrid manufacturing solutions to customers as part the Americas Commercial Team. Responsibilities will include defining regional strategy and driving value based commercial partnerships with GE and ex GE businesses. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. Engagements include both manufacturing plant improvement focused as well as strategic partnerships, aligned to GE Vernova's global commitment to deliver productivity with sustainability. High level of commercial expertise and judgement are required to achieve desired outcomes, including blending of traditional systems with AI based SaaS evolving solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales of GE Digital solutions to and with GE and ex GE businesses
- Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
- Develops, progresses, and maintains pipeline required to meet or exceed plan.
- Works effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions/methodologies. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
- Embraces and thrives in environments of change and disruption.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires significant experience and proven success in manufacturing direct sales, and outcome-based solutions. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

The salary range for this position is $144,000USD - $216,000USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for comission.
