Regional Sales Manager, HA ISM
Job Description
Summary
The Home Appliance Regional Retail Sales Manager is a leadership role within the LG In-Store Management Team. The role is responsible for strengthening LG capabilities at the store, territory, and Region level to improve sell out, Rate of Recommendation, communication, intelligence gathering, marketing execution, and store execution.
Responsibilities
- Implement strategies to expand LG's market share with accounts in an assigned Region
- Provide Strategic direction and oversight to 3PL team to achieve Rate of Recommendation across accounts and stores within assigned Region
- Monitors and leads by example execution of In-Store activities including product flooring
- Participate in the design and execution of the Go-To-Market Strategy with regular and periodic tracking and reporting
- Leverage data to drive insight and action for sales improvement and activity effectiveness
- Work closely with assigned LG Product Management team as point of contact for the ISM organization
- Owns the relationship with assigned LG Account team to serve as point of contact for the ISM organization
- Experience in managing and overseeing Social Media activities aligned with LG Brand and executed with 3PL team
- Serves as a Role model and Trains on product and store level execution expectations
- Travel requirements 50-75%
Qualifications
- GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of Retail Appliance experience (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record of results; MBA desirable
- Strong relationship builder
- Ability to lead and influence teams remotely
- Outstanding communications skills
- Solid business literacy
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
- Thought leadership in sales, marketing, and operations
