Reporting to the Territory Sales Director, the Regional Sales Manager's primary responsibilities are to protect and grow existing revenues, maximize HID installed base market share, and strengthen product selection policies through strategic planning and relationship building with HID customers within their specified region, specifically supporting the Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS) Business Unit.

As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll support HID's success by:

  • Promote and sell HID products and services to existing and new customers or channels
  • Identify and build strategic relationships within ALL assigned customer accounts, both direct/indirect
  • Identify and participate in all major project opportunities, as required
  • Providing technical and tactical support to project completion
  • Participating in all local, regional, and national security trade shows
  • Utilizing a world-class CRM (Salesforce)
  • Preparing you own quarterly and annual Business Plan
  • Monitoring HID market share penetration in the territory
  • Tracking and reporting on furnished leads and sales utilizing Salesforce
  • Participating as member of NAM PACS Regional Sales team, working closely to identify improvement opportunities, developmental needs, and account growth

  • Knowledge of Physical Access Controls, Identity Access, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software space
  • Extensive network of customers and advocates in market
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Solid business judgment and resourcefulness
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
  • Willingness to travel

Your Experience and Education include:

  • B.S. or B.A. degree in a business or technical field. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • Demonstrated relevant experience in sales with a proven track record of accomplishment in achieving revenue targets and strategic growth goals.
  • Experience selling biometric products, facial recognition, RFID technologies and/or card credential technologies a plus.
  • Significant experience using CRM to manage and forecast pipeline opportunities (Salesforce exp a plus)
  • Experience as an individual contributor and demonstrated success consistently meeting individual targets.
  • Strong technical aptitude and able to convey and understand technical concepts

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The base salary range in the United States is $77,700 to $90,000. The OTE is up to $150,000.

This opportunity may be open to flexible working arrangements.
